Better Days

First, I appreciate the comments on my previous post. It was nice to know that i really am not alone. Sometimes it feels like you are, you know. But I started yesterday, continued today and will continue tomorrow. I don't have much to say, but I did want to express my gratitude to those who took their time to say something.

Here I am late commenting yet again. I have to throw in my own two pounds worth because I've been overweight all my life, too. Not only that but I was always the tallest, so I was like the elephant child while I was growing up. Even now I'm 5'10". So now you know I'm tall and big, which is generally okay with me. However, I do need to lose weight because I'm getting elderly and I want to have more energy. I don't have health issues, I just don't exercise enough. *hate exercise* I think the key is to acquire self-discipline and good habits because no one is ever motivated all the time. We would be crazy Stepford people if we were ALWAYS motivated. We should start an email list for group support or something. Anyway, just thinking out loud. I'm sorry I'm always making weird, disjointed comments way after you've posted something. :)
